Course Duration

6 hours (1 x 6 hour session) or (2 x 3 hours sessions) *See local dates for options

 

Target Audience

This course is aimed at Managers, Team Leaders and Supervisors.

 

Purpose of Course

This course will help practitioners gain an insight to help them understand the features of effective team performance, how to encourage and support a positive culture and to be able to manage performance.

 

Course Learning Outcomes will include

Upon completion of the course, the practitioner will have an understanding of the following:

  • Team building skills and building the perfect team
  • Inspiring and motivating strategies
  • Directing your team’s work; goal setting and problem solving
  • Common challenges for managers; managing conflict, defining key management styles
  • Developing an action plan.
