In this session we will cover the basics of what epilepsy is, how it happens, different seizure types and how to identify them, appropriate first aid steps including when emergency services are necessary, and some of the psychosocial impacts of diagnosis. The session is delivered by someone with lived experience of epilepsy and ends with time for questions.
