Upon completion, the practitioner will have gained an understanding of the importance of looking after their own mental wellbeing, as well as supporting the wellbeing of their staff team.
a) Understanding the different areas of wellbeing (physical, social, psychological and financial)
b) Understanding how emotional health and wellbeing difficulties can affect workplace performance
c) Understanding how negative experiences within the workplace may impact an individual’s emotional health and wellbeing
d) Understanding the importance of supporting your own emotional health and wellbeing
e) Supporting the emotional health and wellbeing of individual staff members and the wider staff team
f) Developing policies and toolkits to support emotional health and wellbeing
g) Provision of useful resources and signposts to local organisations that can provide support and advice
