Leading & Managing an Induction Programme
Upon completion, the participant will understand and have the knowledge to plan and manage an induction programme.
Course learning outcomes:
a) Understanding the purpose and principles of induction
b) Understanding how to develop and manage an induction programme
c) Identifying the different methods that can be used to support the induction process
d) Understanding how to support individuals to develop a personal development plan
e) Evaluating the induction programme
