By examining current legislation, policy and procedures participants will gain an understanding of different models of disability and how to lead on high quality inclusive practices that consider equality and integration.

Learners will also begin to gain knowledge and competency to assist in the development of appropriate polices and procedures in relation to supporting Inclusion within the early years setting.

Learners will explore partnership working within the Early Years with a view to ensuring a holistic, child centred approach to supporting children with SEND.

Opportunities will be available throughout the training for practitioners to reflect on their current practice and discuss best practice with peers and facilitators.

Please see a list of available dates below, we encourage providers and practitioners to apply for learning opportunities at locations most convenient for either work or home regardless of the location of the early years setting.
