Target Audience

Practitioners who wish to learn and understand how to handle complaints in an early years setting.

Purpose of the Course

By the end of this short programme, participants will:

• Evaluate Standard 16 against their own setting

• Analyse organisational paperwork to meet Standard 16

• Recognise the skills and qualities needed to handle a complaint

• Create a training session to take back to teams, based on settings requirements
