The learning outcomes for the workshop are as follows:

  • To understand the Child Protection Case Conference (CPCC) Process
  • Focus on the three areas of assessment
  • Preparing for the Case Conference – The Importance of your Written Report.
  • Balancing your Advocacy Role and your Assessment Role in the same conference.
  • Presenting evidence with professional judgement in the conference
  • Contributing to the score of the CPCC, understanding the SOS Model and how this should inform your rationale.
  • Use the space to ask questions, reflect on our practice and learn from each other
