Early Talk

This is an introductory course about communication and language. It would benefit new staff or those who haven’t yet had the opportunity to attend any speech and language training.

This version is aimed at early years/playgroups and childminders. 

The course focuses on developing participant knowledge of:

•    Speech, language and communication development and strategies to help.

•    Ways to develop a communication enabling environment.

•    When and how to seek support if children have communication needs.

Each participant will receive a course guidebook and their workplace will receive a box of practical resources.
